In accordance with the Japanese Hotel Business Act, all guests are required to provide their contact information. In addition, non-residents of Japan are required to provide their passport copies as we must retain a copy for our records. All information collected is stored securely and used solely for mandatory guest registration purposes. We thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.

旅館業法に基づき、すべてのご宿泊者様にはご連絡先のご登録をお願いしております。また、日本国内に住所を有しないお客様につきましては、旅館業法によりパスポートの写しを保管することが義務付けられているため、パスポートのご提出をお願いしております。ご提供いただいた情報は厳重に管理し、法令に基づく宿泊者名簿の作成・管理以外の目的には使用いたしません。皆様のご理解とご協力を賜りますよう、お願い申し上げます。
