Guest Registration Form

In accordance with the Japanese Hotel Business Act, all guests are required to provide their information for our guest register. Please note that residents of Japan are not required to submit or present a passport. Non-residents of Japan, however, are required to present their passports as we must retain a copy for our records.

Passport copies may be securely uploaded below to facilitate a seamless check-in; alternatively, you may also present your physical passports to us upon arrival. All information collected is stored securely and used solely for mandatory guest registration purposes. We thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.

旅館業法に基づき、すべてのお客様に宿泊者名簿への連絡先情報のご記入をお願いしております。なお、日本国内に住所を有するお客様は、パスポートのご提示や写しの提出は不要です。日本国内に住所を有しないお客様につきましては、記録のためパスポートのご提示（コピーの取得）をお願いしております。

パスポートの写しは、事前にこちらから安全にアップロードしていただくことで、スムーズなチェックインが可能です。または、ご到着時に直接パスポートをご提示いただくこともできます。ご記入いただいた個人情報は、宿泊者名簿の作成目的のみに適切かつ安全に管理・保管されます。何卒ご理解とご協力のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
